I like the shower spray which is very fine, and tend to use the mixed setting. My first showerhead, after only a few weeks, developed a tiny leak at the base of the unit, which caused a very fine spray leakage when turned off using the Stop button.
I contacted customer service and received a replacement in about 2 weeks, after I sent a photo showing the fault as requested by Stonestream.
I was still able to use the faulty showerhead in the meantime by turning off at the main tap as before.
Hopefully this replacement will be fine, but if a similar issue arises I think I will be asking for my money back. I needed a flexible adapter for my universal filter as it wouldn't fit my shower without one.

A European depot would help a lot - rather than having to wait for it to come from China. The service and communication was excellent but but for me the shower head did not improve instead it was worse than my old head so unfortunately I reinstated my old shower head.

Excellent shower head, my initial order was lost but customer services posted another out and I am so glad they did this is an amazing shower head makes the water feel so soft and the different settings are and added bonus.
Well worth the money. Took a while for delivery but when it arrived it was so worth it ,feels like pressure has tripled and it now feels like you have been in a shower rather than have water dribble over you ,would recommend this product to anyone suffering low pressure with there shower.
